Michael
For us printers all of this a learning curve - and I am sure you know more
about this and me. I am begininng to understand however that for us to achieve
the best result when producing images produced using ( in Europe the ISOCoated
profile) I should print to the same standard that the profile was
designed to use. In reality is meant setting it up to ISO process lab
colours and Fogra TVI and it works, I dont know what standard or profile
that you are using but I would recommend that your client should demand all
printers who produce their work set up to that standard. THen you get
predicatable colours and most likely with only CMYK
Best of luck
Peter
