I have an Eye One Pro now and was wondering if I should get the i1 iO which are spendy 1700.00 or buy a used DTP70 / iCColor.

The ICColor only makes colorimetric measurements, so if you require spectral measurements it won’t suit your needs. I’d personally stick with the i1Pro if it was me...
