AUMIDIControllerHandleMIDI

Subject: AUMIDIControllerHandleMIDI

What is the reference point for the MIDITimeStamp's of the MIDIPackets
passed into AUMIDIControllerHandleMIDI()? Should "now" be 0 or
AudioGetCurrentHostTime()? No matter what I try, the notes just play
right away.
