Hi everyone,
I have been looking almost everywhere for programs and source code to convert Audio Files(.WAV, .MP3, .MIDI) to a readable format. By readable, I mean something that tells me what the decibel level of an Audio File is at a certain Time. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
