This is a problem in mathematical statistics, not programming. It's not possible to completely remove the noise and completely recover the signal using only the corrupted data as source (if their spectra overlap). Simple theorem. The only cure is prevention and it *will* be cheaper than any really *effective* noise *reduction*.
