What is the easiest way to create and use ADSR envelope

Greetings!
Is there an "easy" way to apply the ADSR envelope parameters to a sampled sound played within a cocoa application.
I'm developing an app which will allow user to specify particular values for the individual for the attack, decay, sustain and release.
Looking for a "function" within Core Audio that would let me specify and apply those parameters.
