Please file a bug report with a reproducible case (bugreporter.apple.com). As OpenAL if distributed with the system, we'd have to update the OS version if this indeed a bug (but we've not seen this in our testing). We are in the process of posting back the Leopard OpenAL sources.

Thanks

Anyone know when/where Apple will release the source for the leopard openal? I'd really like to fix the bug that's bedeviling the game I work on (the first render call of a new sound seems to play at full volume, then subsequent renders of the same sound are then correctly rendered at the correct 3d location and volume). The identical code runs find under the Tiger openal.
