Re: parsing SMPTE LTC code



If you expect to use this for anything real time you should stay away from anything in the standard class libraries (they allocate at unpredictable times). The standard libraries are great for doing anything in batch, though.

Also, the hard part is doing the data discriminator and deriving the clock. Parsing the bits is quite easy (don't forget that timecode has to be parsed in forward and reverse).
