Re: mono -> stereo conversion with ExtAudioFile

Sure, grab the underlying AudioConverter (kExtAudioFileProperty_AudioConverter) and set its channel map (kAudioConverterChannelMap) appropriately -- [0, 0] for mono to stereo.

Is it possible to ask ExtAudio to duplicate the data of a mono file so that it is placed in both channels?
