When is it considered safe to call CFMessagePortCreateLocal in the
startup item sequence of Mac OS X?
Or to rephrase it:
Which Uses and Requires options should be used in a StartupItem
property list to be sure a process launched by a startup item can
correctly run the CFMessagePortCreateLocal API call?
