GMP 4.2 broken on G5

   Has anyone else here tried to compile GMP v4.2 on a G5? The
newest release appears to fail its make check when built with
the --enable-cxx configure option. The developer is blaming
Apple's devtools as usual. However one other user with a G5
reports problems when building with gcc 4.2 branch as well.
Apparently he is waiting for someone to offer him a patch
to fix it. Currently only G4 builds can completely pass its
make check in GMP 4.2.
