No, Justin. The info file explains:

	`-I DIR'
	     Add the directory DIR to the list of directories searched for
	     `.m4' files.

and when I set ACLOCAL to some -Ivalue I get:

	aclocal: unrecognized option -- `-I/usr/local/share/aclocal'
