Mac OS X 10.5 is under the standard Apple Developer Connection NDA (non-disclosure agreement[1]). It cannot be talked about in public beyond what Apple has publicly stated. You are asking about a difference in functionality between 10.5 and 10.4 that involves talking about and revealing information about 10.5.

The only supports channel for developer seeds (how 10.5 is currently available) is bug reporter as the release notes for 10.5 state.
