startupitems failed on 10.5

Hi,
 
I put my executable in startupitems, it is running successfully on 10.4.10 and earlier,
 
BUT it is failed on 10.5 and shows in log " Untrusted apps are not allowed to connect to or launch Window Server before login. "
 
What might be the problem ?
