Bootable clone

Title: Bootable clone
I’ve decided to keep going with a backup project I was doing, at least just for the fun of it, anyway. Can anyone tell me the exact step-by-step to make a cloned drive bootable in 10.4-10.5?

Here’s what I’ve got so far:

On the cloned volume, create symlinks to etc, tmp, and var.
Create Network and cores directories, give cores root:wheel permissions.
Remove the following files:

/var/db/volinfo.database
/var/db/BootCache.playlist
/var/db/NetworkInterfaces.xml
/var/db/PowerManagement.xml
/var/db/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.PowerManagement.xml
/var/vm/swapfile*
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
/Library/Caches/*
/System/Library/Caches/*
/System/Library/Extensions.kextcache
/System/Library/Extensions.mkext
/TheVolumeSettingsFolder
/Users/ataraxia/Library/Caches/*

Then bless:

bless -folder /Volumes/Clone/System/Library/CoreServices \
-bootinfo /Volumes/Clone/usr/standalone/ppc/bootx.bootinfo

Can anyone tell me what else I’m missing here?

Thanks.
