xnu-tools-darwin-X available anywhere?

The file xnu-tools-darwin-X use to be on opendarwin.org, but google turns up nothing.

I'm trying to compile a custom DirectoryService daemon for 10.5.2 but the README says to get xnu-tools-darwin-X first.

Does anyone know where it is?
