Release note inaccuracies?

Hello all,

I am going to put the following text into my release notes and I wanted to make sure it was accurate. If you see anything that is not really true, can you speak up? I want to make sure to get this right.

"Darwin - refers to Apple's OpenSource Operating System that is the core of MacOS X. Its most similar counterpart is FreeBSD Unix. It does not include Aqua (the new MacOS X GUI), Cocoa, or Carbon. In addition, while it does support running on top of HFS+ Drives, it does not know about dual-forked files or Macintosh Type and Creator attributes."

One more question:

Darwin can run on both HFS+ and UFS drives. Correct?

When it runs on a UFS drive, is it case-sensitive?
When it runs on an HFS+ drive, is it case-insensitive?

Thank you!
