HelloIOKit Tutorial

Hello,

[ Are the archives searchable in any fashion?]

I've installed version 4F8 and am having a problem with the Tutorial. When I use kextload to load HelloIOKit.kext, I'm getting a message in the system.log "couldn't alloc class 'com_MyTutorial_iokit_HelloIOKit'".

Per a suggestion on another list I checked the IOKitPersonalities dictionary for the IOClass and it's set correctly.

Obviously everything compiles just fine.

What have I missed or what has changed?
