I assume you mean a journaling filesystem. I usually associate the term
'logging" with a log structured filesystem, e.g. lfs, linlogfs, etc. I'm
playing with LinLogFS trying to get the cleaner into a usable state. If I
am successful, I'll take a look at bringing it over to Darwin. We're
talking about a time frame in the summer, though, probably.

As for journaling filesystems, though, no idea if anyone's working on it.
I suspect xfs would probably be the more logical choice, since it's less
Linux-specific than e.g. ext3.
