xnu current TOT

When trying to build the current top-of-tree xnu, I had to make
the changes to makedefs/MakeInc.def that Umesh recommended, but
the build fails later in osfmk/ppc/genassym.c:
xnu/osfmk/ppc/genassym.c:244: `pfL2i' undeclared (first use in this function)
/src/Darwin/System/xnu/osfmk/ppc/genassym.c:244: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
The list goes on, but I'll summarize by saying the following symbols
were undeclared: pfL2i pfL2ib pfL3 pfL3b pfL3fa pfL3fab

This line is one in a series of DECLARE()ations, and the surrounding symbols
are defined in osfmk/ppc/exception.h, but it looks like some are missing.
Could this have been left out from the internal->external push?
