Any interest in JDK ppc port for Darwin

Hi,

I know MacOSX has a top notch jdk integrated with their system, but I was wondering if anyone in the Darwin development camp would be at all interested in porting Sun's JDK 1.3.X to Darwin for ppc.

I have experience doing that (I am a member of the Blackdown porting team) and helped port the JDK to PPC Linux.

And thanks to help from people on this this I have looked at the ABI documents and I think much of the porting work from ppc sys v abi to your abi would be reasonably straightforward. That would just leave the difference in threads and between Linux and BSD to deal with.

If this is re-inventing the wheel, I apologize.

I anyone is interested who knows more about BSD and mach threads than I do and would like to help get a project started, I would love to help out Darwin get a ppc jdk going.
