Full screen console on OSX

This may be a bit off-topic, but I wasn't sure where else to ask.

Developer preview builds of OSX had a full-screen console which appeared when
you logged in as "console." This appears not to work in the Public Beta. Does
anyone know if this feature is still available, and how to access it if so?
