Processing all TCP/UDP streams

Is there a clean way in Darwin/Mac OS X to process all TCP/UDP streams so
all data sent/received by regular UNIX applications, as well as
Cocoa/Carbon/Classic can be processed.

Kind of like the 'VMSify' sample code Open Transport module...
