Where is __MyCompanyName__ defined?

Here's hoping this is not TOO far off base... Every time I create a new file, (for my Darwin projects!) Project Builder identifies the file as being copyrighted by '__MyCompanyName__'

I've spent a fair amount of time poking around looking at various preferences and plist files but cannot find the headwaters for this definition.

Has anyone else run this route and come up with an answer?
