Hello,
I would like to create an extension that installs a virtual file
system, most likely using the standard VFS layer. This virtual
file system would communicate to a userlevel server that will
perform the actual file system operations. In the same way that
coda uses venus.
I am starting with the NULLFS example and trying to convert it to
an extension. Are there any other examples of this? Are there
any additional APIs one can use while inside an extension? Are
there any examples of the creation of a psuedo device to enable a
user level server to talk to the kernel??
Thanks
ttyl
Dima
