OpenSSH Kerberos5+GSSAPI

Hi,
This patch will fix the compilation problems when OpenSSH is
configured with --with-kerberos5=/usr under MacOS X 10.2.2.

This patch requires my previous fix/workaround for the OpenSSL
header version bug. Look for "OpenSSL Bug, Binary version does not
match header file opensslv.h" on this list.

You might want to apply the Kerbero5/GSSAPI authentication patch
after you have installed mine. You can find more information about this
here<http://www.sxw.org.uk/computing/patches/openssh.html>. Don't
forget to run "autoconf" if you apply it.

At last, note that this does not even touch the issue of using
MacOS X credentials cache, it just "gets it to compile". I'll try to
look into getting ssh to use the MacOS API credentials cache after my
exams are over.
