Isn't "ditto build/dst /" equivalent to "rsync -aH build/dst/ /"?
rsync is open source and available in darwin. Plus it has better options, like "-au" instead of "-aH" (not overwiting newer files and forgetting about hard links which speeds up the copy). And you can do it over ssh to another machine.
