I -think- that's what happens when an attempt is made to unmap a vm
mapping that was created with pmap_bootrap or pmap_map_bd at early
bootstrap. Since those mappings can't be safely torn down, it causes a
panic. The question then becomes why were they being torn down.... What
were you doing at the time?
