My thoughts exactly, thats why I chose to write the extension
for netinfo, I figured there would be a strong (but not the
most popular) need for it. I've got a beta of the netinfo
wrapper ready for testing and it didn't take me too long,
wrapping the DirectoryService API would probably be fun too and
more of a hit than netinfo. I don't know much about
DirectoryService though, nor did I the netinfo lib either, but
was able to quickly learn that.
Is the DirectoryService API written for ObjC or can it be used
with C too? I'll check out some of the ADC examples on it and
the documentation to see what wrapping it entails. Whatever
info you have on it is appreciated.
