Darwin / OSX 10.2.6 equivalent of ld -E on Linux?

Hello, all ...

Doing an "info ld" on my iBook didn't immediately reveal anything, so while I re-read it I thought
i'd post the question here ... i'm involved in an open-source project that runs on many platforms,
and i'm one of those involved in maintaining it on Mac OSX. Since it also runs on Linux, a change
was submitted that specified the -E flag in ld, which tells the linker to export every symbol in the
executable, so that .so's and such can do a dynamic_cast of symbols that the executable defines
and have a hope of it working :-) On my iBook (Mac OSX 10.2.6, December 2002 devtools), ld has
no such -E flag.

So my question is this: does the 10.2.6 linker automagically do this, or is there another flag I can
specify that does the same thing?

Regards,

John
