Where is _G_config.h for gcc3?

I'm trying to recompile some source code that compiled under gcc 2.95.2 using Apple's gcc-3.3 release, but the compiler is complaining because it cannot find a _G_config.h header file. This file exists under the 2.95.2 install:

/usr/include % find . -name _G_config.h
./gcc/darwin/2.95.2/g++/_G_config.h

But not, apparently, the 3.3 (or 3.1) installs. Is there an alternate file to this that I should include instead? Or can I use the version in 2.95.2?
