This would be best posted on MacOS X based forum, maybe even check
as macosxhints.com.

The only suggestion I can suggest, without actually playing
around in iTunes, is possibly applying a rule to your firewall
which would prevent people from accessing the site.Long term this would probably be the best solution, as more and more services of this kind appear.

Another solution would be to allow the service, yet warn the users that they are likely to pay bandwidth costs associated with usage of the service.
