There's the -mpowerpc64 flag which just tells the compiler to use the G5 only fast 64-bit integer instructions (for long longs) instead of the backwards compatible 32-bit instructions.
I've already installed GCC3.3 and made the tweaks for the AltiVec prefetch stream differences and the large cache lines of the G5. I'm just curious as to what is required for full 64-bit addressing > support.

Either which way you will need at least gcc 3.3 to do it I think... there should be an update in the ADC downloads section... it fails to install on my Jaguar box however.
