Provided an install CD with the proper drivers (which chances are don't
exist yet), you could get the open-source Darwin up and running. From
there you should be able to run MacOS X binaries (inlcuding Core
Graphics, etc...). MacOS X itself won't install on non-Apple hardware.

Bear in mind that the shrinkwrap MacOS X license does not permit you
to run the software on non-Apple hardware.

You can, obviously, build and run the open-source components on any
platform you desire.
