When we work on new hardware that we don't yet want to make public, e.g. the
Marvell PHY, we #ifdef out the code that goes to open source. Sometimes
after the hardware is shipping we humans forget to undo the #ifdefs. Support
for the Marvell PHY should show up soon in open source. Contact developer
support or me if you need that code in a more timely manner.
