kext compile for 10.1

Hi,

Sorry for bothering you with an issue that has already been discussed
before.
Apparently I have to build my driver kext in 10.1.x if I want to work on
10.1. That's really silly because both OS X and the developer tools have
pretty evolved since 10.1.
The error I get when I try to load my 10.2 (or 10.3) built kext on 10.1, is
something like "_my_class is not compatible with its _9IOService superclass,
broken superclass?" I'm already using GCC v2.95.2 to compile, and also tried
replacing like IOService.h by the 10.1 versions (which are slightly
different), but so far no luck.

Has anyone else tried to set up a 10.1-capable build environment on 10.2 (or
10.3)? Is there any hope?

Jo
