Re: matching for a shim driver

I just want to say a big "thanks" to both of you. Even though
I ended up using John's simpler, less general solution, I appreciate
the help you both gave me.

For what its worth, I've now got a shim driver that attaches far
enough to appear in ifconfig -a, and to create an entry in
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

3 days of head scratching about matching and nubs, and about 15
minutes of coding once I finally got a clue..

I may be back when I get to interrupt handling ;)

Drew
