FWIW, I found it on the April Developer DVD, at
"ADC Reference Library/documentation/DeviceDrivers/Conceptual/NetworkDriver/NetDoc.pdf"
Thanks for pointing me at this, it looks quite good. I wish I'd have
found it before I learned most of this on the street. ;)
