Anshul, a good starting point is the apple documentation. You can find more than enough information on how to start writing kext (and friends) at http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Darwin/Conceptual/KEXTConcept/KEXTConceptAbout/about_kexts.html

Check out "hello Kernel" and "hello I/O Kit"
