You need to add
<key>com.apple.kpi.libkern</key>
<string>8.0</string>
To your Info plist in you xcode project.

I *think* that this may be defined in libkern for Tiger, but not if you're using the older compatibility libs like you are. You might have to do Tiger and pre-Tiger specific builds.
