CardBus eject during transfer

Hi all

I've a problem with a cardbus driver during eject. The cardbus under
question gives ATA interface to the harddisks attached. The driver is
stable over hot plug/unplug of cardbus either from menu or by pressing
the eject button manually. But the system hangs or crashes when i
eject the card while a transfer is in progress. Can anyone provide
an insight as what would be the best way to implement the message()
function which can take care of such a case.

Secondly, can I have more specific description of the card in the
Cardbus menu. Currently its showing 'Unknown Vendor' 'Mass Storage
Controller' as class and 'Power off Card' but I want it to be more
specific like 'My ABC Controller'. Do I need to set any specific
properties so that it can be reflected in the cardbus menu.

Finally, during sleep the IOPCCard shuts down the socket. Can this be
avoided? I need to prevent the system from releasing the IOPCCard
socket during sleep since there are drives connected to the card.

Thanks
eNjoy !!!
