Darwin 8 sources were released together with OS X 10.4 on April 29th,
2005, this is what I recall.
I am not Apple, but I would - expect - the Darwin 9 sources to be
released soon.
Sorry, that was the release I was referring to.

No, but usually they arrive shortly after the release.
10.4.9 had been released 13 days after releasing some different
binary named 10.4.9
10.4.10 has been released 20. June 2007. This is over 4 months by
now and no kernel sources.
so what is "usually"?
