What is your definition of "cannot"?!?!

XP slows down all the time for no obvious reason, and because they don't HAVE a spinny cursor you either don't notice or don't know why, you just notice the cursor isn't moving smoothly or it missed a mouse click or that it's taking an AWFUL long time to check your mailbox.
