(With RedHat, you can
do this with printtool or printconf depending on version. Look
in /etc/printcap' for clues.) It seems to work quite smoothly
with my "Generic" OS X setting.

Forgive me - I'm looking but am not seeing anything obvious.
On RH...

Is there a simple option I can add to the above file to make sure that everything is run through ghostscript?

Out of interest - in printconf-gui under Driver Options, on of the check boxes is "Rerender Postscript". What does this do?
