Re: Starting daemons manually in darwin



If you're running Darwin 6.0 (Mac OS X 10.2), SystemStarter now supports
starting, stopping, and restarting services. `man SystemStarter` for more
information.

If you're using a previous version of Darwin, SystemStarter does not provide
this feature, but you might be able to execute the startup item's shell
script directly.
