w98 compilation

Hello all,

This is the first time I use Darwin Server so I have a lot of questions.

First of all, I would like to know if I could compile a lite version of the server for W98, Windows Me. The instalation of the binaries are only for W2000/NT Server, Is it because of the web administration tool??? If I remove that part, could I compile the rest of the software for other OS???
