I ended up getting a couple of removable drive racks for my boot drives and just switch them out when I want to run Darwin. vmware worked great for different linux distributions, and all of the $icrosoft garbage, just not with Darwin. with smaller drives being so cheap, I just got a 40gig to put it on...
