I'm trying to track this down. Does anyone know if there is an fact
to the recent story saying Apple has closed the kernel source to
the Intel version of MacOS X?
It's malarky. The rumor got started because Apple has yet to post
all of the Darwin source corresponding to the release(s) of Mac OS X
running on Intel-based Macs. More of this source is showing up on
the Darwin website over time, but it is not yet "complete".
Speculation is often more fun than facts.
