stdiostream.h

I'm trying to compile octave on my machine and one of the files is
trying to include stdiostream.h. I have also tried changing:
#inlcude <stdiostream.h>
to
#inlcude <stdiostream>
but this didn't work either. Where is this file? Actually I can not
find iostream either so I'm assuming that Apple has done something weird
with these headers.
