Re: Terminal and proxy



Ok wget was a bad example. I'd like any of my network utilities to work through my proxy. Is there a way to do so ?

$ man wget

Look at the stuff about creating a personal ~/.wetgrc, copying the
system one in /etc/wgetrc, setting the "http_proxy" value, etc.
